This picture (a frame capture from ~20 seconds into the video) shows two of the flashes, marked by red arrows.

The sun was to the left side of the plane and light was entering through windows on the left. The bright flashes were reflections off cellphones that some of the passengers were holding in their laps - as the passengers moved their phones, the bright reflection spots shifted position on the walls!
